We offer the rental of a beautiful large house in a quiet natural environment in the heart of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape's vineyard.
The house designed for 5 persons, with two bedrooms,
air conditioning in the dining room and the bedrooms, a piano, a swimming-pool, a garden with terrace, trampoline, ping-pong table... The house is 2/3 km from supermarket, bank, bakery...,
7 km from Orange (Roman town with many shops, antique theater...) and 15 km from Avignon, we are in the heart of Provence..
It is equipped with all comforts, including télévision, washing machine, airco, fridge-freezer, internet conection (Wi-fi)....
The house's total floor area is 100 m².
The garden and the swimming pool are private (only for you) and there is no overlooked. Our son (18 aged old) works in a gourmet restaurant at 3 km from the house. He lives a small indemendent flat on the other side of the house (on the road side). The entrance are completely independent from yours, you may hear him slightly when he come back to his flat when he comes to sleep. We can stay in this flat two or three days
We speak french, english and Italian.
Price/Avaibility
Two weeks still available, choise in theses dates :
from July 17th to August 03th 2024 (rented only for 2 weeks without interruption) for 2400 € (You can rent 17 days for 2850€)
And one week from 17 to 24th of August for 1200€
Other possible charges : hiring bed shet, towels, cleaning after stay, électricity (if you exceed the package)
